目的：了解舒缓疗护病区晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疼痛控制情况，分析存在的主要问题及影响因素。方法：对舒缓疗护病区2011年9月-2013年8月收治的114例晚期恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查，着重对患者不规范止痛治疗的原因及获取疼痛管理知识途径进行分析。结果：114例中，未规范止痛治疗58例（50.9%），主要是对药物的认识不足。76例（66.7%）希望直接从医生或护士那里获取癌痛管理知识。结论：医务人员应加强对患者药物止痛的宣传及指导，加强与患者沟通，做好癌痛治疗效果评估，以提高癌痛的控制水平和生活质量。

Objective:To understand the pain control of the advanced malignant tumor patients in the soothing palliative care ward to analyze the existing main problems and influence factors.Methods: In the soothing palliative care ward 114 cases of the advanced malignant tumor patients who were admitted from Sept. 2011 to August 2013 were investigated with the questionnaires and the reasons of the non-standardized pain treatment and the way of accessing the pain management knowledge of the patients were focused on analysis.Results: In 114 cases, the non-standardized pain treatment was 58 cases (50.9%), whose main cause was lack of the awareness of drugs. Seventy-six cases (66.7%) hoped to get the cancer pain management knowledge directly from the doctors or nurses.Conclusion:The medical staff should strengthen the propaganda and guidance of the analgesic drugs to the patients and the communication with the patients, and make the assessment of the cancer pain treatment well so as to improve the control level of the pain and the life quality of the patients.
