目前，我国城乡医疗保障制度整合进程呈现梯度发展的格局，先行整合地区因地制宜探索出不同的城乡医保制度整合之路，涌现了以东莞、重庆和湛江为代表的三种典型实践模式。三种实践模式在制度整合的思路、首要任务、动力和保障方面积累了有益经验。但城乡医保制度整合过程中尚存在诸多障碍，需要完善顶层制度设计，优化制度整合策略，提高统筹层次，统一经办管理体制和信息管理系统，优化城乡医疗资源配置，从而加快城乡医疗保障制度整合的步伐。

At present, China's urban and rural medical security system integration process presented gradient development pattern, first integrated local area explored various urban and rural medical insurance system integration, which emerged three kinds of typical mode of practice of Dongguan, Zhanjiang and Chongqing. Three kinds of practical mode have accumulated useful experience in the thinking of system integration, the first task, the power and the safeguard. There are many obstacles in the process of medical insurance system in the urban and rural integration, the need to improve the top level system design, optimizing the system integration strategy, increase the overall level, unified handling management system and information management system, optimization of the allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas, so as to accelerate the pace of urban and rural medical security system integration.
