目的：探讨个案学习法在护士学习病种中的应用效果。方法：将工作＜10年的护士随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组采用个案学习法，对照组采用普通学习法。通过疗养人员对护士的满意度调查，比较两组护士的满意程度，并分析护士对个案护理学习的评价。结果：试验组护士满意率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：个案学习法使护士在病种的学习中不仅提高了综合能力，而且增加了护士学习的主动性和积极性。

목적：탐토개안학습법재호사학습병충중적응용효과。방법：장공작＜10년적호사수궤분성시험조화대조조。시험조채용개안학습법，대조조채용보통학습법。통과요양인원대호사적만의도조사，비교량조호사적만의정도，병분석호사대개안호이학습적평개。결과：시험조호사만의솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：개안학습법사호사재병충적학습중불부제고료종합능력，이차증가료호사학습적주동성화적겁성。
Objective:To discuss the application effect of case study method in a nursing home nurse disease study.Methods:Nurses have worked under 10 years were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups.The experimental group with case study method.The control group with general learning.Through the investigation of nursing staff to nurses' satisfaction,we compared the satisfaction between the two groups of nurses,and analyzed the evaluation of nurses on nursing case study.Results:The nurse satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case study method not only improve the comprehensive ability of nurses in medical study,but also increase the nurses' initiative and enthusiasm in learning.
