文章运用问卷调查法、访谈法、现场观察法等研究方法，对南通市5所高校执行《标准》的情况进行调查研究，发现：南通地区高校重视贯彻落实《标准》，组织机构健全，实施制度完善，测试场地、设备、人员齐全，测试数据与结果能及时上报；但部分学生对体质测试各项目的权重、评分标准和各项目所反映的体质指标等内容的认识和理解模糊；体质测试后期缺少总评成绩反馈与健身指导等问题。建议：进一步完善《标准》实施制度，加强宣传，引导学生正确认识、对待体质健康测试工作；关注学生参加测试的前期准备工作与测试后的反馈指导工作，落实体质测试工作的全局性。

This paper, using research methods of questionnaires, interviews and field observation, investigates 5 colleges and universities in Nantong city’s situation of executing the "Physical Health Standards". This research finds that: in Nantong area colleges and universities attach importance to implementing the "standards", organization, and improving the implementation of the system, the test site, equipment, personnel completion. The tests data and results can be reported in time. But some students have little understanding on the weight of every physical fitness test’s projects, standard score and the physical indicators, understanding. They also lack a global impression score feedback and health guidance. Recommendations are as follows. We should further improve the "standards" implementation of the system, strengthen the propaganda, guide students to correctly understand and treat the physique health test work, pay attention to the students’ participation in the test preparation and testing feedback and guidance work, conduct an overall implementation of physical fitness test.
