以衡水市社区为例，选取当地的房地产住宅项目为典型案例，通过调查分析以绿化系统建设为主的生态社区外环境的影响指标，直观地解读衡水市生态社区外环境塑造要点，探讨优化生态设计中存在问题的可行性，为地区性生态社区外环境规划设计提供参考。

Using the community of Hengshui city as an example, the paper chose local real estate project as typical case to analyze the influence index of ecological community external environment which is constructed by green system, explained building key points of e-cological community external environment in Hengshui city, discussed the feasibility of optimizing ecological design, in order to provide a reference for planning regional ecological community external environment.
