目的:设计一种自动角度测量仪用于全髋关节置换术( THA)中前倾角的测量,并对其效果作出评价。方法选取60例行THA患者,对照组及实验组各30例,分别通过CT及自动角度测量仪测定外展角和前倾角,根据Harris评分等指标对手术效果进行评估。结果术中测定实验组前倾角14.57°~16.39°(15.23°±2.13°),对照组前倾角13.68°~17.16°(16.37°±2.98°),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组前倾角更接近于理想值15°。对照组Harris评分术前为51~65(58±8.94)分,术后第4周为63~81(74±7.95)分,第12周为67~85(78±6.84)分;实验组Harris评分术前为49~68(60±8.73)分,术后第4周为69~85(82±7.76)分,第12周为74~90(84±6.58)分;两组术前Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第4周和术后第12周Harris评分比较差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论自动角度测量仪因其准确简便的特点具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective To design an automatic angle measuring instrument for total hip arthroplasty ( THA) in the measurement of anteversion angle and evaluate the effect. Methods 60 cases of patients with THA were selected, the control group and the experimental group were 30 cases in each, abduction and anteversion angles were determined respectively by CT and automatic angle measuring instrument, the effect of operation were evaluated according to the Harris score. Results Intraoperative determination of the experimental group before the angles were 14. 57° ~16. 39°(15. 23° ± 2. 13°), the control group before the angles were 13. 68°~17. 16° (16. 37° ± 2. 98°), there was significant difference between two groups ( P<0. 05 ) . The experimental group before the dip was more close to the ideal value of 15 degrees. The control group the Harris score before operation was 51~65 (58 ± 8. 94), the fourth week after the operation was 63~81 (74 ± 7. 95), the twelfth week for 67~85 (78 ± 6. 84); the experiment group the Harris score before operation was 49~68 ( 60 ± 8. 73 ) , the fourth week after the operation for 69 ~85 ( 82 ± 7. 76) scores, the twelfth week for 74~90 (84 ± 6. 58) scores. No statistical significance between two groups in pre-operative Harris score difference (P>0. 05), after the fourth week and the twelfth week after operation, Harris score difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions Regarding the precise and convenient benefit of the auto angle measuring device has a broad prospect of clinical application.
