目的：研究物联网技术在社区慢病防治中的应用模式，增强对高血压患者的管理效果，提高高血压患者的血压控制率，降低并发症发生率。方法：采用问卷调查与科学试验相结合的研究方法，对新安街道辖区社区居民的健康状况与慢病管理模式进行研究。结果：甲乙两组血压控制率、生活质量评分、高血压知晓率评分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：分析运用物联网健康管理技术与设备后，高血压患者的管理效果更好。

목적：연구물련망기술재사구만병방치중적응용모식，증강대고혈압환자적관리효과，제고고혈압환자적혈압공제솔，강저병발증발생솔。방법：채용문권조사여과학시험상결합적연구방법，대신안가도할구사구거민적건강상황여만병관리모식진행연구。결과：갑을량조혈압공제솔、생활질량평분、고혈압지효솔평분차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：분석운용물련망건강관리기술여설비후，고혈압환자적관리효과경호。
Objective:To research of application mode of internet of things technology in community chronic disease prevention, enhancing management effectiveness in patients with hypertension and improve blood pressure control rate of hypertensive pa-tients,reducing the incidence of complications.Methods:The research method was questionnaire investigation combined with sci-entific experiments,to research the health and chronic disease management model of community residents in Xinan Street area. Results:The differences of A and B blood pressure control rates,quality of life score,hypertension awareness scores were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the use of internet of things technology and equipment health management is analyzed, the effect of management of patients with essential hypertension is better.
