为选育优良工厂化金针菇菌种,从沈阳市东陵区天柱山采集野生菌株,采用系统育种手段,经过组织分离、纯化、筛选、培育出金针菇HS-JG01菌种。在介绍其工厂化瓶栽技术要点的基础上,采用多点试验证明该菌种适合在辽宁地区进行工厂化生产。

For choosing excellent flammulina which is suitable for industrial production, the group collected wild strains from Tianzhu mountain of Dongling district in Shenyang, and took system breeding method to cultivate flammulina HS-JG01 by tissue separation, pu-rification and selection. In the article, it introduced technical key points of pot plant in industrial production, and proved the strain is suitable for mass production in Liaoning area by multiple points'experiments.
