目的:探讨 CRP +1444C /T 基因多态性与子宫内膜癌(EC)的相关性。方法选择203例 EC 患者(EC 组)和同期健康体检者203名(对照组),采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RELP)方法检测 CRP +1444C /T 基因多态性,并结合血清超敏 CRP (hsCRP)水平及其他临床资料进行分析。结果EC 组的血清 hsCRP 高于对照组(P <0.05),2组的 CRP +1444C /T 基因型和等位基因的分布相近,比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。与子宫内膜癌 BMI <25 kg/m2(正常)者相比,BMI≥25 kg/m2(超重)者 CC 基因型及 C 等位基因频率较高(P <0.05);且超重者 CC基因型组的 hsCRP 水平高于 CT +TT 基因型组(P <0.05)。结论CRP +1444C /T 基因多态性可能和包括胰岛素抵抗以及炎症因子在内的某些机制共同作用,影响子宫内膜癌的发病风险。

목적:탐토 CRP +1444C /T 기인다태성여자궁내막암(EC)적상관성。방법선택203례 EC 환자(EC 조)화동기건강체검자203명(대조조),채용취합매련반응-한제성편단장도다태성(PCR-RELP)방법검측 CRP +1444C /T 기인다태성,병결합혈청초민 CRP (hsCRP)수평급기타림상자료진행분석。결과EC 조적혈청 hsCRP 고우대조조(P <0.05),2조적 CRP +1444C /T 기인형화등위기인적분포상근,비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。여자궁내막암 BMI <25 kg/m2(정상)자상비,BMI≥25 kg/m2(초중)자 CC 기인형급 C 등위기인빈솔교고(P <0.05);차초중자 CC기인형조적 hsCRP 수평고우 CT +TT 기인형조(P <0.05)。결론CRP +1444C /T 기인다태성가능화포괄이도소저항이급염증인자재내적모사궤제공동작용,영향자궁내막암적발병풍험。
Objective To investigate the potential association between C-reactive protein (CRP) gene +1 444 C /T polymorphism and endometrial cancer.Methods In this study,203 patients with endome-trial cancer (EC)and 203 healthy controls were enrolled into the EC and control groups.The CRP gene +1 444 C /T polymorphism was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP).The serum hsCRP levels combined with alternative clinical data were determined for subsequent analysis.Results The serum hsCRP level in the EC group was significantly higher compared with that in the control group (P <0.05).No statistical significance was documented in the frequencies of CC,CT and TT genotypes between two groups (P >0.05).Compared with EC patients with normal BMI (<25 kg/m2 ),a significantly higher frequency of CC genotype and C allele type was found in those with BMI≥25 kg/m2 (P <0.05).In addition,women with CC genotype or C allele type had significantly higher serum hsCRP levels com-pared with those with CT and TT genotypes or T allele type (both P <0.05).Conclusion CRP gene +1 444 C /T polymorphism,insulin resistance and inflammatory factors may collectively affect the risk of EC.
