围手术期的肺保护策略是麻醉学界十分重视的一个问题，麻醉管理的优劣对患者的肺损伤有直接影响，不适当的麻醉管理会诱发或加重患者的肺损伤，采取适当的肺保护策略非常重要。为了提高围手术期麻醉管理水平，减低术后肺部并发症的发生率，该文综述了近年来围手术期肺保护策略的研究进展以及特殊情况下（如单肺通气、体外循环等）所采取的肺保护策略。
圍手術期的肺保護策略是痳醉學界十分重視的一箇問題，痳醉管理的優劣對患者的肺損傷有直接影響，不適噹的痳醉管理會誘髮或加重患者的肺損傷，採取適噹的肺保護策略非常重要。為瞭提高圍手術期痳醉管理水平，減低術後肺部併髮癥的髮生率，該文綜述瞭近年來圍手術期肺保護策略的研究進展以及特殊情況下（如單肺通氣、體外循環等）所採取的肺保護策略。

Lung protective strategy in perioperative period is a very important issue in the field of an-esthesiology.Anaesthesia management directly affects lung injuries of patients.Inappropriate anaesthesia man-agement may induce or aggravate lung injuries,thus appropriate lung protective strategy is very important.In order to improve the level of anaesthesia management in perioperative period and reduce postoperative pulmona-ry complications,the research progression in lung protective strategy in recent years and lung protective strategy used under special clinical situations (such as single lung ventilation,extracorporeal circulation etc.)are re-viewed in this paper.
