目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)单克隆抗体对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法76只健康雌性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(4只)、抗体组(36只)和生理盐水组(36只),采用Zea Longa线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,测定大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果 TNF-α单克隆抗体在再灌注3、6 h后可降低血清中MDA含量,提高SOD活性。结论抗TNF-α单克隆抗体在一定时间内能提高脑缺血再灌注大鼠的抗氧化作用。
目的:探討腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)單剋隆抗體對腦缺血再灌註大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法76隻健康雌性SD大鼠,隨機分為假手術組(4隻)、抗體組(36隻)和生理鹽水組(36隻),採用Zea Longa線栓法建立跼竈性腦缺血再灌註模型,測定大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。結果 TNF-α單剋隆抗體在再灌註3、6 h後可降低血清中MDA含量,提高SOD活性。結論抗TNF-α單剋隆抗體在一定時間內能提高腦缺血再灌註大鼠的抗氧化作用。
목적:탐토종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)단극륭항체대뇌결혈재관주대서적항양화작용。방법76지건강자성SD대서,수궤분위가수술조(4지)、항체조(36지)화생리염수조(36지),채용Zea Longa선전법건립국조성뇌결혈재관주모형,측정대서혈청병이철(MDA)함량화초양화물기화매(SOD)활성。결과 TNF-α단극륭항체재재관주3、6 h후가강저혈청중MDA함량,제고SOD활성。결론항TNF-α단극륭항체재일정시간내능제고뇌결혈재관주대서적항양화작용。
Objective To investigate antioxidation effect by tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) monoclonal antibody for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods A total of 76 health male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (4 cases), antibody group (36 ases), and normal saline group (36 cases). Model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats was established by Zea Longa line plug method. Serum malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were detected. Results 3 and 6 h of TNF-αmonoclonal antibody reperfusion reduced serum MDA content and improvded SOD activity. Conclusion Anti-TNF-αmonoclonal antibody can improve antioxidation effect in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats for a certain time.
