目的：探讨Mbd2在EMs患者发病过程中的可能作用。方法：Trizol法提取病变组织的总RNA，反转录生成cDNA，Blast-primer设计Mbd2 mRNA引物，Real-time PCR方法检测各组间Mbd2 mRNA表达变化。结果：EMs患者异位内膜、在位内膜中Mbd2 mRNA表达显著高于子宫肌瘤患者在位内膜(P＜0.01)；且EMs患者异位内膜中Mbd2 mRNA的表达显著高于在位内膜(P＜0.01)。结论：Mbd2基因参与子宫内膜异位症的发生，还可能为子宫内膜异位症的早期发现做出贡献。

목적：탐토Mbd2재EMs환자발병과정중적가능작용。방법：Trizol법제취병변조직적총RNA，반전록생성cDNA，Blast-primer설계Mbd2 mRNA인물，Real-time PCR방법검측각조간Mbd2 mRNA표체변화。결과：EMs환자이위내막、재위내막중Mbd2 mRNA표체현저고우자궁기류환자재위내막(P＜0.01)；차EMs환자이위내막중Mbd2 mRNA적표체현저고우재위내막(P＜0.01)。결론：Mbd2기인삼여자궁내막이위증적발생，환가능위자궁내막이위증적조기발현주출공헌。
Objective:To investigate the possible effect of Mbd2 in the pathogenesis of EMs.Methods:General RNA was extracted from diseased tissues by Trizol method,then generated cDNA through reverse transcription.Mbd2 mRNA primer was designed by Blast-primer,and detected the expression of mRNA Mbd2 using Real-time PCR.Results:The expression of Mbd2 mRNA in ectopic endometrium and position intima of patients with EMs were significantly higher than those of patients with hysteromyoma(P<0.01);in patients with Ems,the expression of Mbd2 mRNA in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than in position intima(P<0.01).Conclusion:Mbd2 gene involved in the occurrence of endometriosis uterina and may contribute to the early detection of endometriosis uterina.
