从节能减排和环境保护的角度出发,论述了棒材加热炉利用蒸汽余热发电的必要性,分析了加热炉余热发电热力循环系统的运行方式,设计了螺杆膨胀发电机组电气控制系统。实际应用表明,加热炉蒸汽余热发电技术提高了热能利用效率,利于环境保护,具有较高的经济和环境效益。
從節能減排和環境保護的角度齣髮,論述瞭棒材加熱爐利用蒸汽餘熱髮電的必要性,分析瞭加熱爐餘熱髮電熱力循環繫統的運行方式,設計瞭螺桿膨脹髮電機組電氣控製繫統。實際應用錶明,加熱爐蒸汽餘熱髮電技術提高瞭熱能利用效率,利于環境保護,具有較高的經濟和環境效益。

This paper discusses the necessity of bar heating furnace using steam waste heat power generation from the angle of the energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection, the operation mode of heat?ing furnace waste heat power generation thermal circulation system is analyzed, and the electrical control system of generator unit screw expansion is designed. The practical application shows that steam waste heat power gener?ation technology in heating furnace improves the energy utilization efficiency, and conducive to environmental protection , has a high economic and environmental benefits.
