连杆是汽车发动机的重要组成部分。由于连杆结构的特殊性,对连杆体与连杆盖结合面的加工提出了更高的要求。通过对连杆端面的分析,提出采用立式单面铣削组合机床进行加工。在完成组合机床总体方案的基础上,确定了加工工艺、进给参数、加工工序图等相关设计内容。该组合机床具有结构紧凑、刚性好、生产率高、加工质量稳定等特点,将有效提高连杆端面的生产效率和加工质量。
連桿是汽車髮動機的重要組成部分。由于連桿結構的特殊性,對連桿體與連桿蓋結閤麵的加工提齣瞭更高的要求。通過對連桿耑麵的分析,提齣採用立式單麵鐉削組閤機床進行加工。在完成組閤機床總體方案的基礎上,確定瞭加工工藝、進給參數、加工工序圖等相關設計內容。該組閤機床具有結構緊湊、剛性好、生產率高、加工質量穩定等特點,將有效提高連桿耑麵的生產效率和加工質量。

The connecting rod is the important component of automobile engines. Because of architectural par?ticularity of the connecting rod, the higher treating request has been brought forward to the connecting rod body and the connecting rod cover face. By the analysis of connecting rod face, the connecting rod is going to treated by the upright single face milling combination machine tools. On the basis of accomplishing the combination ma?chine tool overall design, design contents are determined such as the processing technology, progress parameters and the machining procedure graph, etc. The combination machine tool has characteristics such as the compact structure, good stiffness, high efficacy and the stable processing quality. The production efficiency and the pro?cessing quality will been obviously improved.
