目的:了解上海市40所中医药特色示范社区卫生服务中心2012-2014年0~6岁儿童中医药健康管理开展情况。方法:采用医疗卫生机构年表、自评报告、调查问卷表及现场考核资料的方法,调查上海市15个区40家中医药特色示范社区卫生服务中心0~6岁儿童的中医药健康管理开展情况。结果:建设前0~6岁儿童中医健康管理人数为33513人,占建卡儿童总数的17.18%;3年后,儿童中医药健康管理人数为177116,占建卡儿童总数的91.25%。结论:0~6岁儿童得到了社区中医药健康管理,但是也存在信息管理和从业人员知识不足的问题。
目的:瞭解上海市40所中醫藥特色示範社區衛生服務中心2012-2014年0~6歲兒童中醫藥健康管理開展情況。方法:採用醫療衛生機構年錶、自評報告、調查問捲錶及現場攷覈資料的方法,調查上海市15箇區40傢中醫藥特色示範社區衛生服務中心0~6歲兒童的中醫藥健康管理開展情況。結果:建設前0~6歲兒童中醫健康管理人數為33513人,佔建卡兒童總數的17.18%;3年後,兒童中醫藥健康管理人數為177116,佔建卡兒童總數的91.25%。結論:0~6歲兒童得到瞭社區中醫藥健康管理,但是也存在信息管理和從業人員知識不足的問題。

Objective:To understand the development of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health management for the children aged 0~6 years in 40 demonstrative community health service centers with the characteristics of TCM in Shanghai.Methods: The TCM health management for the children aged 0-6 years in the 40 demonstrative community health service centers in 15 districts, Shanghai was investigated with the chronologies and self-assessment reports of the medical and health care institutions, questionnaires and site assessment data.Results: Before the construction, the number of the children in the TCM health management of the children aged 0~6 years was 33,513, which accounted for 17.18% of the total number of the children in the cards. Three years later, the number was 177,116, accounting for 91.25%.Conclusion:The children aged 0~6 yearshave received the community TCM health management. However, there are some problems in the information management and insufifcient knowledge of the employees.
