TPP 目前正在紧张的谈判中，从泄露的草案文本来看，知识产权不仅所占比重很大，而且关于知识产权的条款远远高于 TRIPS 协议规定的标准。如果 TPP 谈判成功，中国无论是否加入到 TPP 的谈判，都会受到 TPP中高标准的知识产权规则的制约。以 TPP 中的知识产权条款为切入点，从政治和经济的层面来分析 TPP 对中国的影响。针对 TPP 对中国的影响，研究中国的应对措施和对中国加入 TPP 的展望。

TPP is now on tense negotiation.Through the reveal draft text,intellectually property items account for a large proportion and its standard is much higher than the TRIPS Agreement.If the TPP reaches an agreement,whether china joins in the TPP negotiation or not,it will be restricted by the high standard intellectual property items in TPP.The paper based on intellectual property items in TPP,analyzes the influence which TPP brings on China from the view of politics and economy.Aiming at the TPP’s influence on China,the paper researches on the response of China and the outlook for Chi-na to join in the TPP.
