南京纬三路过江通道是目前我国最大水底泥水盾构隧道之一,工程地质条件复杂,始发风险大、技术难点多。文章根据工程特点及技术难点研究制定了始发专项施工方案,明确了始发流程和技术控制要点;完成始发风险分析,提出了风险控制措施。工程实际实施表明:所提出始发技术方案及风险应对措施合理,有力地保证了南京纬三路过江通道的顺利始发。

Nanjing Weisanlu river-crossing tunnel is one of the biggest slurry balance shield tunnel in China with complex geological condition, high risk of launching and varieties of technical challenges. We provided a scheme for launching in accordance with the project technical difficulties, clarified the launching procedures and technical control critical point, analyzed and summarized the risks of launching as well as countermeasures. The practice shows that the critical control techniques are comprehensive and reasonable for dealing with the risk, strongly ensuring the smooth launching of Nanjing Weisanlu river-crossing tunnel.
