结合港珠澳大桥超高墩柱分节预制拼装工艺,研究干接缝结构匹配预制的翻模技术、机加工钢模具技术、钢混凝土结合底模具技术,以及预应力粗钢筋系统精度控制技术,实现了墩柱干接缝结构竖向对接的匹配预制。
結閤港珠澳大橋超高墩柱分節預製拼裝工藝,研究榦接縫結構匹配預製的翻模技術、機加工鋼模具技術、鋼混凝土結閤底模具技術,以及預應力粗鋼觔繫統精度控製技術,實現瞭墩柱榦接縫結構豎嚮對接的匹配預製。

Combining with the segment prestressed assembly technique of the high piers of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, we studied the matching precast technologies in piers dry joints, such as the turnover formwork technology, machining steel mold technology, steel-concrete combination bottom mold technology, and the system accuracy control technology of prestressed reinforcing steel bar, which realizes the matching precast of piers dry joints’vertical butt joint.
