为了提高建设工程的施工水平，应当寻求在缩短施工进度的同时降低施工成本的方法。建立了基于BIM与网络计划技术的施工进度—成本架构体系和优化模型。运用BIM能够快速准确地提取与处理庞大工程量的优势，并结合传统的网络计划技术、工作分解结构（WBS）方法协同处理进度—成本优化问题，给企业提供了一种新的优化施工进度—成本的方法。该方法有助于充分发挥现代信息技术与传统经典方法理论的优势，进一步提高工程建设的信息化水平，更好地实现项目的管理目标。

In order to improve the level of construction projects,shorten the construction time and reduce construction cost,this paper establishes the construction time-cost structure system and optimization model based on BIM technology and network planning technique. It provides a new method of the construction time-cost optimization for enterprises by using network planning technique and work breakdown structure method to co-process time-cost optimization and BIM technology which is able to extract and process large quantities quickly and accurately. It is propitious to make full use of the advantages of modern information technologies and traditional classic methods,improve the level of engineering construction informatization,and better achieve the goal of project management.
