为改善建设项目知识风险难以识别、缺乏管理的现状，从理论层面明确界定知识风险的实质；基于知识缺口视角建立建设项目知识风险识别的模型，输入案例质性数据对模型进行演示和验证，运用质性方法分析得出知识风险的来源和风险类型；针对案例提出知识风险管理的策略。结果表明，模型能够充分挖掘建设项目质性数据的价值，有针对性地识别知识风险，开拓了建设项目知识风险管理的知识缺口新视角，为项目知识风险管理的理论研究和实践提供了新思路。

위개선건설항목지식풍험난이식별、결핍관리적현상，종이론층면명학계정지식풍험적실질；기우지식결구시각건립건설항목지식풍험식별적모형，수입안례질성수거대모형진행연시화험증，운용질성방법분석득출지식풍험적래원화풍험류형；침대안례제출지식풍험관리적책략。결과표명，모형능구충분알굴건설항목질성수거적개치，유침대성지식별지식풍험，개탁료건설항목지식풍험관리적지식결구신시각，위항목지식풍험관리적이론연구화실천제공료신사로。
In order to improve the knowledge risk identification status in construction projects,this study firstly clearly defined the essence of risk knowledge from the theoretical level. Secondly,from the perspective of knowledge gap,project knowledge risk identification model were established. Based on that,qualitative data of a case was inputted to demonstrate and validate the model. Qualitative analysis was applied to the model to work out the risk source and risk types. Finally,some risk management strategies were proposed for the case. The results show that the model can fully glean value of the qualitative data and identify specific knowledge risk. The model developed the new knowledge gap perspective for the knowledge risk identification of construction projects and provided ideas for the research and practice of project knowledge risk management.
