基于2009—2012年上海文化创意产业企业层面的经济活动数据，运用生态位理论和相应的测度方法对文化创意产业9个子产业的生态位宽度、重叠度以及“态”和“势”进行计算和分析。根据“态”和“势”的组合，将上海文化创意产业划分为四个象限，并根据“态”和“势”分布情况计算了它们的综合生态位。最后，根据对“态”和“势”的诊断，提出上海文化创意产业发展的相关对策建议。

Based on the economic activity data of cultural and creative industrial enterprises in Shanghai during year 2009-2012,the paper measures and analyzes the niche width,overlap and "state"and "potential"of nine sub -industries of cultural and creative industry on the basis of the niche theory and corresponding measurement methods.According to“state”and “potential”combination,it divides them into four quadrants,and calculates their comprehensive niche based on the distribution of “state”and “potential”.Finally,based on the “state”and “potential”diagnosis,it comes up with some suggestions about development of Shanghai cultural and creative industries.
