針對鄰菲囉啉分光光度法測定綠標鹽中檸檬痠鐵銨含量的準確度進行分析研究,通過用檸檬痠鐵銨標準物質代替硫痠鐵銨標準物質的方法,避免瞭因為換算繫數帶來的結果誤差,更準確的測定食鹽中檸檬痠鐵銨的含量,更好的指導綠標鹽的生產,確保檸檬痠鐵銨的添加量在規定的範圍內。

According to accuracy analysis and study of the determination of ammonium citrate in green salt with optimization of the spectrophotometric method and was used through replacing the standard method of ammonium sulfate with the standard substance of ammonium ferric sulfate in order to avoid the error caused by the conversion factor; determine the content of ammonium citrate in edible salt accuracy ; guide the green salt production and guarantee the addition amount of citric acid iron is within the specified range.
