利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对A4 VG28型轴向柱塞变量泵壳体进行有限元分析，在保证壳体结构强度与刚度要求的前提下，以小型轻量化为目标对壳体进行优化设计。优化结果表明，壳体在满足结构性能要求的前提下质量有所减小，可以有效地提高材料利用率并降低生产成本。

Based on ANSYS Workbench software , it analyzes the A4VG28 type axial piston variable displacement hydraulic pump shell .Under the premise of guaranteeing the requirements of shell structural strength and stiff-ness, it defines the miniaturization and lightweight as object , optimizes the design of the shell thickness .The re-sult reduces the weight of the shell and guarantees the structural performances , effectively improves the material utilization and reduces the cost .
