经过几年的发展，重庆市知识产权质押融资取得了初步的成效，然而与东部沿海城市相比，发展仍显得相对缓慢。结合重庆市知识产权质押融资的实际情况，探讨其运作模式，发现存在的问题并提出相关建议，以期推进和完善知识产权质押融资业务在重庆的发展。
經過幾年的髮展，重慶市知識產權質押融資取得瞭初步的成效，然而與東部沿海城市相比，髮展仍顯得相對緩慢。結閤重慶市知識產權質押融資的實際情況，探討其運作模式，髮現存在的問題併提齣相關建議，以期推進和完善知識產權質押融資業務在重慶的髮展。
경과궤년적발전，중경시지식산권질압융자취득료초보적성효，연이여동부연해성시상비，발전잉현득상대완만。결합중경시지식산권질압융자적실제정황，탐토기운작모식，발현존재적문제병제출상관건의，이기추진화완선지식산권질압융자업무재중경적발전。
After several years of development,Chongqing has achieved initial success in pledge financing of intellectual property.However,development was relatively slow compared with the eastern coastal city.Combining with the actual working situation of intellectual property mortgage financing in Chongqing,this paper explores the operation pattern,finds the existing problems and puts forward related suggestions,in the hope of promoting and improving the development of intel-lectual property mortgage financing in Chongqing.
