利用廉价的丙烷脱氢制丙烯是解决丙烯供应紧张问题的途径之一,研究优异性能的丙烷脱氢催化剂具有重要意义。采用分步浸渍法制备不同类型的丙烷脱氢催化剂 Pt/ Al2 O3,在固定床反应器中考察助催化剂 Sn、Ga、In 和 K 对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,Pt - Sn / Al2 O3催化剂性能略优于 Pt - Ga / Al2 O3和 Pt - In / Al2 O3,并且比较稳定。在 Pt - Sn / Al2 O3催化剂中加入适量 K,可有效改善催化剂性能,但高温条件下积炭严重,有待深入研究和改进。

Propane dehydrogenation is one of the ways to solve the sUpply problem of propylene. There-fore,it is of great significance to stUdy the catalysts with high performance for propane dehydrogenation. In this paper,different Pt/ Al2 O3 catalysts were prepared by step-impregnation method. The effects of Sn,Ga, In and K promoters on the performance of Pt/ Al2 O3 catalysts were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The resUlts showed that the performance of Pt-Sn / Al2 O3 catalyst was better and more stable than those of Pt-Ga / Al2 O3 and Pt- In / Al2 O3 catalysts. In addition,the performance of Pt-Sn / Al2 O3 catalyst coUld be effectively improved by adding an appropriate amoUnt of K. However,the carbon deposition on Pt- Sn- K/Al2 O3 catalyst was more serioUs at high temperatUre,which needed to be fUrther stUdied and improved.
