采用物理吸附、X 射线衍射、扫描电镜、X 射线能谱及等离子体发射光谱法对在美罗培南合成过程中失活的 Pd / C 催化剂比表面积、孔容、孔径、钯粒径形貌、表面元素及钯含量的变化进行分析,对催化剂的失活原因及再生方法进行研究。结果表明,催化剂在反应过程中吸附体系物质对钯活性中心的覆盖包裹及金属钯的少量流失是催化剂失活的主要原因。以30%四氢呋喃水溶液在超声条件下洗涤可以部分去除催化剂表面沉积的有机物,同时补加质量分数30%催化剂时,再次使用时效果较好。
採用物理吸附、X 射線衍射、掃描電鏡、X 射線能譜及等離子體髮射光譜法對在美囉培南閤成過程中失活的 Pd / C 催化劑比錶麵積、孔容、孔徑、鈀粒徑形貌、錶麵元素及鈀含量的變化進行分析,對催化劑的失活原因及再生方法進行研究。結果錶明,催化劑在反應過程中吸附體繫物質對鈀活性中心的覆蓋包裹及金屬鈀的少量流失是催化劑失活的主要原因。以30%四氫呋喃水溶液在超聲條件下洗滌可以部分去除催化劑錶麵沉積的有機物,同時補加質量分數30%催化劑時,再次使用時效果較好。

The reasons for the deactivation and the regeneration methods of Pd/ C catalysts for synthesis of meropenem were investigated. The BET sUrface area,pore volUme,average pore diameter,micro-morphology of palladiUm particles,sUrface elements and active component palladiUm contents of deactivated Pd / C catalyst were analyzed by means of physisorption,XPD,SEM,XPS and ICP. The resUlts showed that the main reasons for deactivation of Pd / C catalyst were that palladiUm active centers were covered and coated by reactants and prodUcts and a small amoUnt of palladiUm was lost. The adsorbates on the sUrface of the Used Pd / C catalyst coUld be partly cleaned Up by washing with 30% THF solUtion Under UltrasoUnd,and it coUld get the same effects as the fresh catalyst when the sUpplementary addition amoUnt was 30% of the catalyst dosage.
