自2010年以来，我国战略性新兴产业的发展并不顺利，作为新能源产业重要组成部分的光伏发电行业更是遭遇了前所未有的行业性困难。以创新双螺旋理论中的应用创新理论为依据，基于价值工程，研究战略性新兴产业中新技术、新产品与市场需求的接轨问题，为解决我国战略性新兴产业中企业的可持续发展问题提供理论支持。
自2010年以來，我國戰略性新興產業的髮展併不順利，作為新能源產業重要組成部分的光伏髮電行業更是遭遇瞭前所未有的行業性睏難。以創新雙螺鏇理論中的應用創新理論為依據，基于價值工程，研究戰略性新興產業中新技術、新產品與市場需求的接軌問題，為解決我國戰略性新興產業中企業的可持續髮展問題提供理論支持。

Since 2010,the development of strategic emerging industry in China has met a dilemma.As an important part of new energy industry,the photovoltaic power industry has suffered hitherto industrial difficulties.Based on application of innovation in the creative double -helix theory,this pater studies the integration problem of new technology,new products and market demand in strategic emerging industry using the tool of value engineering.It provides a theoretical support to solve the sustainable problem of enterprises’development in China's emerging industries.
