推行农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款，能把土地资源转变为资产，把资产转化为资本，一方面能解决农村的贷款难；另一方面，可解决银行的放贷难，实现双赢。本文在各地试点中，总结出了各具特色的土地承包经营权抵押贷款模式，通过对江西“马家柚”协会等一些成功组织的走访调研，在充分比较和借鉴的基础上，得出了适合江西省情的抵押贷款模式，并提出完善江西省土地承包经营权抵押的对策建议。
