目的：评估经颅磁刺激治疗慢性失眠的近期疗效。方法64例慢性失眠患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各32例，均进行睡眠教育，入睡困难者，给予艾司唑仑片口服，治疗组患者给予经颅磁刺激治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价两组患者睡眠效果并打分。结果治疗组患者治疗后睡眠质量指数(7.91±3.35)分，治疗后30 d睡眠质量指数(8.97±2.69)分，分别低于对照组(17.25±3.32)、(15.66±4.63)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激治疗慢性失眠，收到了良好的效果，值得推广应用。
목적：평고경로자자격치료만성실면적근기료효。방법64례만성실면환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각32례，균진행수면교육，입수곤난자，급여애사서륜편구복，치료조환자급여경로자자격치료。채용필자보수면질량지수(PSQI)평개량조환자수면효과병타분。결과치료조환자치료후수면질량지수(7.91±3.35)분，치료후30 d수면질량지수(8.97±2.69)분，분별저우대조조(17.25±3.32)、(15.66±4.63)분，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론경로자자격치료만성실면，수도료량호적효과，치득추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate short-term curative effect by transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of chronic insomnia.Methods A total of 64 patients with chronic insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. They all received sleep education, and those with difficulty in falling asleep received estazolam tablets by oral administration. The treatment group received transcranial magnetic stimulation for treatment. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) was applied to evaluate and mark their sleeping quality.Results The treatment group had sleep quality index as (7.91±3.35) points after treatment, and (8.97±2.69) points after 30 d of treatment. The scores were all lower than (17.25±3.32) and (15.66±4.63) points in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of chronic insomnia provides good effect, and this method is worth promoting and applying.
