近距平行跑道实施配对进近能有效提高繁忙机场的终端区容量,解决拥挤的问题。为保证配对进近的安全运行,考虑了配对进近安全区,研究配对进近的两架飞机随时间变化的运动过程,在安全区前界范围内,建立近距平行跑道配对进近的最小跟驰距离模型,并给出模型中相关参数的计算公式。最后通过Matlab软件对该模型进行计算,经算例分析证明了模型的有效性和可行性。

Paired approach to closed spaced parallel runways can effectively improve capacity of terminal , and also can solve congestion of busy airport .For ensuring safety operation of paired approach ,we consid-er of the safe zone of paired approach and study the motion process of two planes .Within the front of the safe zone ,the model of minimum in-trail distance for paired approach is established and the formulas of related parameters are calculated .In the end , an example was calculated through Matlab to verify the model and the effectiveness and feasibility of the model are proved .
