高职院校培养的学生是面向企业生产一线，具备高端技术技能型人才，要求技能过硬，综合素质高。项目化教学是目前中国高职院校课堂教学中普遍推广的一种方法，本文以《化工设备使用与维护》课程为例，说明了项目化课程的内容编排要以岗位实际需求为依据，总结了开展项目化教学的实践效果，并提出具体实施的方法和教学思考。在教学过程中引入互动教学、案例教学、企业现场教学等教学手段，并在课程教学中将职业素养培养与技能培养紧密结合，层层推进。
