以西南地区“985”高校重庆大学为研究对象,通过对2009—2013年的能耗数据进行分析,探讨校园能耗现状,得出人均能耗为550 kg 标准煤,人均年排放二氧化碳1.3 t,单位建筑面积用电量年均为36.6 kW·h。结合能源现状提出可行的节能措施:加强节能减排宣传教育,改变师生个人浪费行为;实行校园能耗普查,以总量平衡为原则,建立定额分配制度;通过能源管理外包进行节能改造。

Focusing on energy consumption on campus in hot summer and cold winter zone, Chongqing University was selected as the research object. The energy consumption during the period 2009-2013 are analyzed, as well as the present situation of energy consumption on campus are discussed. The research results showed that the energy consumption per capita is 550 kgce. The carbon dioxide e-mission per capita is 1.3 t/a, and the average energy consumption per unit area is 36.6 kW·h/a. The proposing energy saving measures include strengthening energy-saving emission education and changing the personal waste behavior of faculties and students, investigating campus energy, and then obeying the principle of general equilibrium to set up quota system, renovating energy-saving with Energy Perfor-mance Contracting (EPC).
