为了更好地响应国家和江苏省的节能减排方针政策,进一步提高我省居住建筑节能水平,有必要进行居住建筑节能65%技术研究。根据江苏地区气候特征、居民用能模式,结合围护结构能耗分布特点,以江苏省被动建筑和主动建筑典型工程应用为例,研究了适宜江苏地区居住建筑节能65%的技术路线,总结出其主要技术路线为:遵循“被动优先、主动可选”的原则;重点改善外窗热工性能且设置活动外遮阳、加强内围护结构保温、外墙屋面基本保持节能50%水平;加强适宜可再生能源应用。

To better respond to national and Jiangsu provincial energy -saving emission reduction policies, and further improve the level of our provincial energy-saving of residential buildings, it is neces-sary to study sixty-five percent energy efficiency of residential buildings. According to the climate charac-teristics in Jiangsu, energy consumption model, combining with the energy distribution characteristics of building envelope, taking representative engineering application of passive and active building in Jiangsu as examples, the technology route of sixty-five percent energy efficiency of residential buildings in Jiangsu area are mainly discussed. The main technical routes are summarized: the“passive priority, active optional”principle is followed; the thermal performance of external window is improved and the movable external sunshade is set; the insulation of the inner building envelope is reinforced; the basic fifty percent energy efficiency level is maintained on exterior wall and roof; suitable for renewable energy application is en-hanced.
