三维虚拟现实技术是近年来兴起的基于三维现实场景的演练实操技术。具有现实同比例同场景、操作同手段同方法的一致性,在化工行业培训中应用日益广泛。这项技术也成为化工类职业院校培养学生直观认识和操作水平的新的主要手段之一。而在对人员进行三维仿真操作培训过程中间不可避免的出现了认识不清、定位不准、培训难度大、考核方式不合理等问题。本文拟对三维仿真系统中的系统仿真操作入手,结合多年培训经验对上述问题进行分析阐述,以期让三维仿真技术在人才培养环节中发挥更大的作用。

The 3D virtual reality technology is a practical technology of 3D scene walkthrough based on the rise in recent years, consistent with the reality with the same scene , the same proportion of operating methods with methods , and widely used in chemical industry training.This technology has also become the main means of new students'intuitive understanding and operation level of occupation training in chemical engineering.In the simulation process of operation training personnel appeared difficult problems such as inevitable unclear , inaccurate positioning , training , unreasonable assessment methods.Intended to start the operating system simulation in 3 D simulation system , combined with years of experience in training , the above problems were analyzed , in order to make 3 D simulation technology in training talents play a greater role in the link.
