通过介绍了废旧厂房改造为生态教学楼的设计。增加隔墙和中间去除半跨楼板形成中庭,解决了教学楼的自然通风和自然采光问题,将普通教室布置在南侧,实验室和办公室布置在北侧;将单调的立面改造成具有中国古典韵味的立面,改造后的教学楼充满文化感,典雅又不失情趣。利用屋顶绿化和雨水接收相结合的装置,收集雨水,并对雨水进行层层过滤,收集在屋顶集水箱内,用收集的雨水浇灌屋面上的植物。

The design of the waste plant transformation for ecological teaching building is reviewed. The formation of the atrium by increasing the partition and removing the intermediate half span floor, to solve the natural ventilation and natural lighting of the teaching building. The general classrooms are in the south side, laboratory and office are in the north side. The monotonous facade is retrofitted to show China classical charm. After reconstruction, the teaching building is full of cultural charm and graceful taste. The rainwater collection device, combined with the green roofs, will collect and filter the rainwater on the roof to the water collecting tank for irrigating plants on the roof.
