Modern consumption is mainly that of technical functions,and consumers are the major subject of technology.Naturally,consumers are the subject of technological responsibility.They should voluntarily assume the responsibility of eco-protection,ethical responsibility,and the responsibility for healthy development of technology by virtue of responsible consumption.
