This paper mainly discusses the Mongolian English major students interest in learning English.It is made up of three parts.In the first part,it emphasizes the importance of cultivating students interest in learning English. In the second part,the writer analyses reasons for some problems that exist in the aspects of Mongolian students interest in learning English.The third part seeks solutions to the problem of how to cultivate and develop Mongolian students interest in learning English.
