为开发从丹参中提取高纯度丹酚酸B的新工艺,采用水提-壳聚糖絮凝-过滤-浓缩-醇沉-萃取工艺制得丹酚酸B含量在80%左右的丹酚酸提取物EB80。用硅胶柱层析法精制EB80,得到丹酚酸B含量为96%的提取物EB96。EB96的IR、M S1、H-NMR测试结果表明:其分子结构特征、相对分子质量与丹酚酸B相同。本工艺便于工业化实施。

A new technology of extracting salvianolic acid B with high concentration from Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge was developed.The craft of water extraction-chitosan flocculation-filtration-concentration-ethanol sedimentation-liquidliquid extraction with organic solvents was applied to obtain extract EB80,whose content is about 80%.EB80 was purified by column adsorption,extract EB96,whose content of salvianolic acid B is 96%,was obtained.IR、MS and()~1H-NMR detection of EB96 shows that the sample has the same struct...
