在自制的床层压降测定实验装置中 ,通过对催化剂颗粒床层压降的测定 ,求得 ZA- 5氨合成催化剂的形状系数为 0 .5 94。将该催化剂的形状系数应用于 3段串联绝热轴向固定床氨合成反应器的模拟计算 ,所得床层压降为 0 .2 1 2 3MPa

The shape factor of ammonia synthesis ZA 5 catalyst was obtained by means of measuring the pressure drop of the fixed bed packed with catalyst particles in an apparatus. Then the obtained shape factor, which is 0.594, is applied to the simulation of a three stage cascade adiabatic ammonia synthesis reactor and the pressure drop obtained is 0.212 3MPa.
