以三苯基氯甲烷和乙酸酐依次对蔗糖的8个羟基进行选择性保护,考察了反应配比、温度、溶剂对蔗糖保护过程的影响。结果表明:以吡啶替代二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-甲基吗啉作为溶剂和缚酸剂的伯羟基醚化反应,选择性为78%,三苯甲醇收率达98%以上,以甲苯为萃取剂和乙酰化反应的溶剂,避免了除杂过程的液固分离和固固分离,反应平稳,催化剂可循环使用,蔗糖全基团保护物(TRISPA)的收率达到75%。
以三苯基氯甲烷和乙痠酐依次對蔗糖的8箇羥基進行選擇性保護,攷察瞭反應配比、溫度、溶劑對蔗糖保護過程的影響。結果錶明:以吡啶替代二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-甲基嗎啉作為溶劑和縳痠劑的伯羥基醚化反應,選擇性為78%,三苯甲醇收率達98%以上,以甲苯為萃取劑和乙酰化反應的溶劑,避免瞭除雜過程的液固分離和固固分離,反應平穩,催化劑可循環使用,蔗糖全基糰保護物(TRISPA)的收率達到75%。

Selective hydroxyl protected reaction of sucrose by trityl chloride and acetic anhydride was investigated.The intluence of solvent,temperature and mole ratio of material on the protected process were discussed.The results show that using pyridine as solvent and removal acid reagent instead of DMF and N-methylmorpholine,the selectivity of 6,1′,6′-ether sucrose is 78% and the yield of tritonal is more than 98%.After extraction with toluene,the catalyst can be recycled and the reaction is stable,the yield of T...
