财产刑是刑罚体系中的重要手段之一,但大量的财产刑判决得不到有效的执行,严重影响国家刑罚权的实现,执行难已成为成为亟待解决的问题。执行困难有其深刻原因,应寻求财产刑执行困境的解决途径,以切实解决这一顽症。
財產刑是刑罰體繫中的重要手段之一,但大量的財產刑判決得不到有效的執行,嚴重影響國傢刑罰權的實現,執行難已成為成為亟待解決的問題。執行睏難有其深刻原因,應尋求財產刑執行睏境的解決途徑,以切實解決這一頑癥。
재산형시형벌체계중적중요수단지일,단대량적재산형판결득불도유효적집행,엄중영향국가형벌권적실현,집행난이성위성위극대해결적문제。집행곤난유기심각원인,응심구재산형집행곤경적해결도경,이절실해결저일완증。
Punishment against property is an important means in the penalty system.However,a lot of sentences of property punishment cannot be implemented effectively,which seriously influences the realization of the state punishment right and needs to be resolved urgently.The difficulty in implementation has its deep causes and should be solved through seeking solutions.
