Low concentration ratio of nonferrous metal industry in our country is an important reason of our poor international competitiveness.Through specific analyzing,this paper points out the main shortcoming of our original non-ferrous metal industry policies is over-reliance on market forces,and this paper also puts forward policy proposal that our country should help to develop three to five large-scale non-ferrous metals enterprise groups,in order to increase China s nonferrous metals industry concentration.
