对儿童实施心理咨询、促进儿童心理健康是应用沙盘治疗技术的研究要点之一。该领域多年来的实证研究已初步证明,沙盘疗法广泛地适用于诸多儿童心理行为问题的咨询与治疗,且疗效显著;目前,沙盘疗法的应用模式已由个别疗法、长程疗法、独立疗法模式逐渐发展为团体疗法、短程疗法以及整合疗法的多元应用模式。
對兒童實施心理咨詢、促進兒童心理健康是應用沙盤治療技術的研究要點之一。該領域多年來的實證研究已初步證明,沙盤療法廣汎地適用于諸多兒童心理行為問題的咨詢與治療,且療效顯著;目前,沙盤療法的應用模式已由箇彆療法、長程療法、獨立療法模式逐漸髮展為糰體療法、短程療法以及整閤療法的多元應用模式。
