随着经济政治环境的发展变化,妇女劳动保护的就业政策日益规范,但也还存在明显的不足。比如政策理念狭隘,政策内容滞后于时代发展,政策条款过于原则、笼统,不具有可操作性等。完善妇女劳动保护的就业政策是理论、现实的需要和必然的选择。
隨著經濟政治環境的髮展變化,婦女勞動保護的就業政策日益規範,但也還存在明顯的不足。比如政策理唸狹隘,政策內容滯後于時代髮展,政策條款過于原則、籠統,不具有可操作性等。完善婦女勞動保護的就業政策是理論、現實的需要和必然的選擇。
수착경제정치배경적발전변화,부녀노동보호적취업정책일익규범,단야환존재명현적불족。비여정책이념협애,정책내용체후우시대발전,정책조관과우원칙、롱통,불구유가조작성등。완선부녀노동보호적취업정책시이론、현실적수요화필연적선택。
With the development and the changes of economic and political environment,employment policy for women labor protection has been increasingly regulated,but its shortcomings are obvious seen in the following aspects,such as narrow policy conception,policy lagging behind the development of the times,too general and obscure policy terms,and weak in operation,etc.Improving the employment policy for women labor protection is the theoretical as well as actual needs and the inevitable choice.
