对递增负荷运动过程中及恢复期大鼠HPG轴功能激素水平进行了连续、系统的动态观察.结果表明,在长期持续大负荷训练影响下,HPG轴功能全面受抑,激素水平降低,以低促性腺激素及低性腺类固醇水平为特征;恢复期HPG轴功能呈现逐渐恢复态势.
對遞增負荷運動過程中及恢複期大鼠HPG軸功能激素水平進行瞭連續、繫統的動態觀察.結果錶明,在長期持續大負荷訓練影響下,HPG軸功能全麵受抑,激素水平降低,以低促性腺激素及低性腺類固醇水平為特徵;恢複期HPG軸功能呈現逐漸恢複態勢.

This study successively and systematically investigated the hormone level of HPG axis during progressive increasing load volume exercise and recovery process. The results showed that HPG axis function were fully inhibited and hormone levels decreased under the influence of long duration and heavy load. The obvious characteristics were lower gonadotropin and female steroids levels. HPG axis fimction showed a significant increasing trend during recovery phase.
