运用录像法、数据统计法和文献资料法对2003年蹦床世锦赛女子54套规定动作进行统计、分析.结果表明,成套规定般动作难度值在6.0～7.0之间.规则有特殊要求的五类动作在选择动作上趋于统一,其它五个动作在难度值为 0.5和0.6的动作之间选择.两种成套动作的编排已逐渐形成固定的模式并有各自的特点.
運用錄像法、數據統計法和文獻資料法對2003年蹦床世錦賽女子54套規定動作進行統計、分析.結果錶明,成套規定般動作難度值在6.0～7.0之間.規則有特殊要求的五類動作在選擇動作上趨于統一,其它五箇動作在難度值為 0.5和0.6的動作之間選擇.兩種成套動作的編排已逐漸形成固定的模式併有各自的特點.

With the combination of video observation, statistic analysis and documentary analysis, this study conducted the statistic analysis on the 54 sets of compulsory routines of the 23rd World Trampoline Championship in 2003. The results can be concluded as follows- the difficulty value of the female compulsory routines is generally between 6.0 and 7.0. Tne selection action Of the five routines with specific requirements turns to be united. The difficulty value of the other five action is between 0.5 and 0.6. Further the two kinds of the compulsory routine compiling gradually develops into a fixed mode with the separate characteristics.
