一个经济系统的绩效与该系统的资源配置有着密切的关系.只有将企业的内部绩效评价系统和企业的资源配置结合起来,才能优化企业资源的配置,并保证企业战略的实施.本文基于对企业资源层级结构分析的基础上,初步论述了企业内部资源层级结构与企业内部绩效的关系和作用机制,并从战略实施的高度上分析了企业内部绩效评价的重要意义.

There is a close relationship between the performance of an economic system and the resource distribution of this system. Only combining the performance appraising system with the resource, the enterprise could optimize enterprise' s resource distribution and guarantee the implementation of the business strategy. On the basis of analysis to enterprise' s resource level structure, the text has described the relation and function mechanism of the resource level structure and the performance appraising inside enterprises, and has analyzed the important significance of the performance appraises inside enterprises from height of strategy implementation.
