本文以现代外语教学理论和建构主义理论为基础,通过理论研究、教学实践研究和问卷调查,提出创造课内外英语语言环境教学模式.该教学模式通过利用先进的教学手段、变革教学方法和开展英语第二课堂活动给学生创造一个生动的学习英语的语言环境,使语言输入、吸收和输出有机地融和在一起,使语言知识能够及时转化为语言技能,培养和提高学生的英语应用能力.

This study is on the basis of foreign language teaching theory and constructivism. It points out theoretical and practical studies and questionnaires aim to establish the student--centered teaching mode,that is, the teaching mode of creating in--class and out--class English language environments. The attempt to innovate teaching medium, teaching methods and carry on the second class room activities is to set up a learning English language environment in which students are provided opportunities to practice their language and to participate in communicative activities for a stronger ability of the actual use.
