采用大鼠急性束缚应激动物模型,用鹅羔氨酸损毁大鼠双侧内嗅皮质来建立内嗅皮质损伤模型,观察束缚应激1小时后下丘脑室旁核快反应基因c-Fos表达情况以及应激后血浆促肾上腺皮质激素含量的动态变化,并与对照组相比较,探讨内嗅皮质与束缚应激反应的关系.结果表明,损毁内嗅皮质,明显抑制了应激诱导的下丘脑室旁核c-Fos的表达和血浆促肾上腺皮质激素含量的上升.结果提示,内嗅皮质参与调节束缚应激反应时HPA轴功能.
採用大鼠急性束縳應激動物模型,用鵝羔氨痠損燬大鼠雙側內嗅皮質來建立內嗅皮質損傷模型,觀察束縳應激1小時後下丘腦室徬覈快反應基因c-Fos錶達情況以及應激後血漿促腎上腺皮質激素含量的動態變化,併與對照組相比較,探討內嗅皮質與束縳應激反應的關繫.結果錶明,損燬內嗅皮質,明顯抑製瞭應激誘導的下丘腦室徬覈c-Fos的錶達和血漿促腎上腺皮質激素含量的上升.結果提示,內嗅皮質參與調節束縳應激反應時HPA軸功能.

This study was designed to determine the effect of the entorhinal cortex on stress response to immobilization in rats.Neurons in the entorhinal cortex were lesioned by bilateral injection of the cell-selective neurotoxin, ibotenic acid ( 1.5μg/μl of solution per side). Two weeks later, rats were subjected to immobilization stress. Rats in which ibotenic acid had been injected into the entorhinal cortex showed attenuated expression of c-Fos in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) and blunted elevation of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) after immobilization stress compared with rats in which saline had been injected into the entorhinal cortex. The results of this study indicate that the entorhinal cortex is closely involved in the activation of the HPA axis during immobilization stress in rats.
