为了进一步完善钢渣高温重构技术,采用煤渣、闷罐钢渣等废渣与电炉还原渣配制了用于钢渣重构的复合组分调节材料,考察了高温重熔后复合组分调节材料的体积稳定性与胶凝性能.结果表明:电炉还原渣与煤渣或闷罐钢渣以合适比例复合配制的组分调节材料,经1200℃重熔后能保持良好的体积稳定性,其复合组分调节材料胶凝性能显著超过电炉还原渣及重构钢渣.
為瞭進一步完善鋼渣高溫重構技術,採用煤渣、悶罐鋼渣等廢渣與電爐還原渣配製瞭用于鋼渣重構的複閤組分調節材料,攷察瞭高溫重鎔後複閤組分調節材料的體積穩定性與膠凝性能.結果錶明:電爐還原渣與煤渣或悶罐鋼渣以閤適比例複閤配製的組分調節材料,經1200℃重鎔後能保持良好的體積穩定性,其複閤組分調節材料膠凝性能顯著超過電爐還原渣及重構鋼渣.

Compound modifier used for reconstruction of steel slag was prepared by electric arc furnace reduced slag (EAFS), cinder and tank-type hot disintegrating steel slag (THDSS) and its volume stability and cementing performance were investigated. Results show that combinating with THDSS or cinder in an appropriate proportion, EAFS maintain favorable volume stability after remelting under 1200℃. Cementing Performance of modifier exceeds that of EAFS and reconstructed steel slag significantly.
